Q2: How do you make sure the quality?
We will do the following works before assembling the pack:

• a. Select capacity, same capacities cells for one pack
• b. Measure the voltage, same voltage cells for one pack(difference is under 0.02v per cell)
• c. Measure the inner resistance,same IR cells for one pack (difference is under 1m Ohm)
• All above steps are very strict to make sure the pack performance is perfect.

Q3: What battery packs do you have ?

• Our main productus are 18650 battery pack, e-bike battery, lifepo4 storage battery, polymer battery, or any customized battery projects.

Q4: How about your company?

• 10 years+ experience to produce 7 battery packs, focus on battery's quality and research, our engineers work in this field for more than 12years.

Q5: Do you accept OEM/ODM for battery?

• yes, please don’t hesitate to contact our sales team for more details.

Q6: Do you have battery samples in stock?

• Usually we don’t. Because different customers have different requirements, even the voltage and capacity are the same, other parameters maybe different. But we could finish your sample quickly once order confirmed.

Q7: What's the delivery time?

• It depends on the quantity, material, battery cell model and so on, we suggest to check delivery time case by case.
